PEELING
The face is our business card, the part of us that constantly communicates with the world.
Having a rested, relaxed and well-groomed face helps us to face any kind of social relationship with greater serenity, whether with family, friends or the way of working.
Each step of your beauty journey must be aware, both of the type of treatment you will undergo and of the results that can be obtained.
The Haquos Medestetico Center represents an expert guide who, through careful listening to the needs of each patient, knows how to package a path that is suited to his characteristics.
What results does it give?
Smoothes and improves the appearance of the skin.
Specifically, it intervenes in a targeted way on: Spots, Acne, Enlarged pores, Wrinkles and Dermatitis.
Once the treatment is completed, the skin will be younger and more toned, with a fresh and luminous appearance.
What kind of treatment is it?
Peeling is an accelerated form of exfoliation that occurs through the use of one or more chemicals (specific acids such as salicylic acid or retnoic acid).
This aesthetic treatment stimulates cell regeneration (turnover) by removing and exfoliating the dead cells of the stratum corneum and causing a real acceleration of cell turnover, already naturally present in the dermis.
During its action, it eliminates damaged and degenerated skin cells, which are replaced by normal epidermal cells.
Finally, it produces inflammation that activates the production of collagen and elastin (revitalization and rejuvenation of the dermis by stimulating fibroblasts with the formation of autologous collagen).
How long does it take to see results and how often is the treatment repeated?
The first results are clearly visible a few months after starting the treatment.
Generally we recommend 4/5 sessions on a monthly basis.
The complete recovery time of the skin is about 10-15 days, depending on the type of peeling (superficial or deep) to which the patient has undergone.
It is possible to undertake a new cycle of sessions if desired but, before doing so, it is necessary to consult with a Haquos specialist to evaluate the opportunity for a new treatment.
How is the treatment carried out?
The treatment takes place at the center and each session lasts about 30 minutes.
One month before the peeling, it is necessary to prepare the skin with specific products while for the post peeling it will be required to cleanse the skin carefully and treat it with emollient products prescribed by the Haquos specialist.
What time of year is it recommended to carry out the treatment?
Some peels are used mainly in winter to avoid problems with the sun's rays, others can be used safely all year round as they do not cause any type of post-treatment reactions.
Safety and Quality
Peeling is an effective but rather aggressive aesthetic treatment, it is therefore necessary to rely on Haquos expert staff to be best advised before proceeding.
To avoid any possible risk, the staff of Haquos specialists will subject each patient to careful dermatological tests that will determine any presence of pathologies such as: dermatitis, chronic urticaria, high phototypes and deep melasma.
Also, peeling cannot be performed on pregnant patients.
Patient safety is the priority of Haquos doctors, which is why special attention will be paid to every detail before performing the treatment.
In addition, the Haquos center wishes to offer its patients only products and treatments of excellence, for a reliable and safe result.
